Payment, Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Fun N Food Adventures, we believe in complete transparency and building long-term trust with our guests.

Payment Schedule

– 30% Advance Payment to confirm the booking.
– 50% Payment at the time of check-in.
– 20% Balance Payment to be cleared at least 2 days before departure.

We accept payments through:

– UPI / QR Scan
– Google Pay (GPay) / Phonepay / Paytm
– Bank Transfer

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Arrival| Refund
More than 15 days| 100% Refund
7–15 days| 50% Refund
3–7 days| 25% Refund
Less than 3 days / No-show| No Refund

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Booking Modifications

– Date changes and itinerary modifications are subject to availability.
– Requests must be made at least 15 days before arrival.
– Any additional costs arising from changes to accommodation, transport, activities, or other services will be borne by the guest.

Force Majeure

Fun N Food Adventures shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, transportation disruptions, or political disturbances.

In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule services wherever possible.
